BLACK FOREST GATEAU

Our Black Forest Gateau is an eye catching cake with real richness throughout. A very moist chocolate sponge base is layered with whipped cream, black cherries dipped in syrup and surrounded with chocolate flakes, topped with hand decorated cream rosettes with a circle of cherries. We also have a Boozy Black Forest Cake with Kirsch Liqueur (black morello cherry brandy) in our range.
