Boozy Black Forest Gateau

Our Black Forest Gateau is an eye catching cake with real richness throughout. A very moist chocolate sponge base is layered with whipped cream, black cherries dipped in Kirsch Liqueur (black morello cherry brandy) and surrounded with chocolate flakes, topped with hand decorated cream rosettes with a circle of cherries. Must be 18 years + to order.
